Orders Within Australia
All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date your order is placed. We use Australia Post for all deliveries, and shipping charges are borne by the customer.

International Orders
Orders outside Australia are custom-made and dispatched within 7 - 14 working days from the date your order is placed. We use FedEx or a similar international courier service, and shipping charges are borne by the customer. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

For custom or bulk orders of 10 or more pieces, the delivery timeline will be mutually agreed upon and finalised at the time of order confirmation.

Tracking details for your order will be shared with you once the order has been dispatched. This applies to all orders.

⚖️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare instance that your item:

* Differs from its description
* Is incorrect in design or size

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nisha@bancabling.com.au with your name, order number, and details of the concern.
Our team will carefully assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction.

📦 Returns Process

If your return is approved for a repair or replacement, our team will provide detailed instructions for returning your item safely.
Should the item be confirmed as faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be fully covered by Banca Bling.
